Share / Dorm Accommodation

To reserve a bed in a share or dorm room, each person must be booked individually. Enter only the number “1” when asked for number of guests. If you are booking a number of people into a share room, you must book each bed one at a time, using the same name so we can identify you are travelling together.

Credit Card Info

Your credit card details are held on a secure server. There will be no charges against your credit card until your arrival. Your credit card will be charged if you have not paid for your reservation in full 3 days after check in.

Cancellation Policy

We have a 48 hour cancellation policy during the regular season and a seven day cancellation policy during peak season.

Cancellations made within 48 hours or 7 days will be charged the first week in full, or entire reservation if less than one week.

During peak season bookings made within 7 days will be charged in full and are not refundable

*Peak season occurs during the months of November, December, January, February, and March

Cancellations must be confirmed via e-mail.

Booking considerations

Please advise your time of arrival if after 4 pm, you can add this to the online booking form or add it to your e-mail.

If arriving after reception hours please notify reception before you start travelling. You will be set up for a late check-in procedure.

For groups larger than 6 people, please email or call us direct to arrange your booking.
