Rates:
6 bed dorm: $20 – $26* per person per night. $140 – $170 weekly
4 bed dorm: $23 – $28* per person per night
double room: $27.50 – $40* per person (twin share) per night/ ($60-$80 per room)
(*low season / high season prices – excluding event holidays) 7 day cancellation policy december january and march
December/January bookings to be paid for on booking starting December 1
Christmas, new year and Ausralian Open rates:
6 share dorm: $26 – $32 (depending on length of stay, weekly at cheaper rate)
4 share dorm: $30 -$35
double room: $80 – $100
Peak season – january 15 – 31 may vary (double room $120)

December 21 2009 – January 31 2010 we will charge full amount of booking at time of booking and a one week cancellation policy for refund for that time. Any nights that fall within that period will not be refunded if not cancelled by December 15th

Share / Dorm accommodation
To reserve a bed in a share or dorm room, each person must be booked individually. Enter only the number “1” when asked for number of guests. If you are booking a number of people into a share room, you must book each bed one at a time, using the same name so we can identify you are travelling together.
Credit Card Info
Your secured credit card entry is taken only to hold your booking(s). There will be no charges made until your arrival.
Cancellation Policy
We have a 48 hr cancellation policy during the regular season and a seven-day cancellation policy during the Christmas period (Dec 1st – Jan 31st) and( March1 – 31)
Booking considerations
Arrivals are normally between 9 – 11 am , please advise your time of arrival if after 4 pm, you can add this to the online booking form or add it to your email.
48 hour notice of cancellation (one week notice december to january)
December, January and Grand Prix and Easter must be paid on booking or 7 days cancellation
